JENKS, OKLA., October 1, 2010 – Tulsa Winch Group, an operating unit in Dover Corporation’s (NYSE: DOV) Industrial Products Segment, and a leading provider of industry-specific winches, hoists, gear drives and monitoring electronics for energy, infrastructure and recovery markets, announced today it has acquired Gear Products, Inc. from Blount International, Inc. Gear Products, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a major manufacturer of mechanical power transmission components for original equipment manufacturers, serving the utility, construction, forestry, marine, and mining markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
